Hi everyone! ❤️ Please let me know if you’re unable to make your appointment at least 48 hours prior. Within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, there is a 40% cancellation fee. Same day cancellation and no-shows will be charged 100% of total service cost. Booking an appointment is agreeing to the policy. No children are allowed in the studio. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED Debit, credit, and cash are accepted. There is a 3.5% card fee transaction with debit and credit cards. Try to bring exact amount in cash in case there is no change. LATE POLICY If you’re going to be running late, please let me know! If you’re more than 15 minutes late without a notice, I assume you’re not coming and you’ll be charged the no show fee. I understand sometimes being late is out of your control, but please keep in mind that showing up late will affect the time of your service. DEPOSITS A 50% deposit is required for all clients booking a full set and the lash lift & brow lamination service. The deposit goes towards the service cost. Deposits are non-refundable. REFUNDS All deposits are non-refundable. There are no refunds on services, but I will absolutely try my best to make sure you leave happy! Please let me know within 72 hours if you’re experiencing rapid fall out from your lash extensions. Within the 72 hours I will fix it for free, after the 72 hours you will be charged. AFTER HOURS CONVENIENCE FEE There is a $35 after-hours fee if you would like to request an appointment after hours starting at 6pm. You can message me to request the appointment time.
